LOCATION

Estepona is a stunning traditional Spanish white village by the sea. It is called the Garden of the Costa del Sol, because the streets of the old town are laden with flowers all year round.

What makes it the perfect place to unwind and have a great time is the glorious weather, with 320 days of sunshine a year. There are also 2 stunning blue flag beaches and gorgeous coastal walks.

Estepona is an idyllic place that is completely unlike most Spanish holiday resports. There is a lack of high rise buildings and loud bars. Here people focus on enjoying the weather with good company and delicous food and drink.

Touvenir has been running walking tours, tapas tours, wine tasting tours and day trips in Estepona for some years and has many 5 star reviews on TripAdvisor. Customers choose Touvenir because the emphasis is on an authentic local experience, with quality food and drink. Our customers return again and again, because we focus on providing a fun, sociable time. Many are on holiday alone or with a friend or partner and are keen to socialise with others.

Estepona is just stunning, but it is easy to get lost as there are endless small streets lined with flowerpots. The old town walking tours shows you all of the most beautiful places as well as the historic buildings, such as the ruined fortress and church.

We also visit a number of murals which have been painted on the less attractive buildings on the outskirts of the old town. We finish at the orchidarium with over 14oo varieties of this beautiful plant.

In the evening we go on a tapas tour of traditional Spanish restaurants, that are a little of the beaten track. There we savour some local dishes and drinks, then watch a live Flamenco performance.

Day 3 Sunday
Walk along the beach to Estepona port,
followed by a tapas lunch with drinks

Ronda is a mountain-top city that’s set dramatically above a deep gorge. This gorge (El Tajo) separates the city’s circa-15th-century new town from its old town, dating to Moorish rule. Puente Nuevo, a stone bridge spanning the gorge, and offers absolutely stunning views.

The Plaza de Toros, a legendary 18th-century bullring, is one of the oldest bullrings in Spain and is acknowledged as one of the most beautiful and majestic in the world

Your driver/guide will show you all of the main sites and then you will have some free time for shopping and exploring this fascinating city on your own.

Cooking Class

Our cook will show you how to make 3 of the most popular tapas dishes in this area, Prawns Pil Pil, Croquettes and Spanish Omelette.
